The invention discloses a crystallization sealing method for a macromolecular pre-paved waterproof coiled material and post-poured concrete. The crystallization sealing method comprises the following steps: step 1, placing the macromolecular pre-paved waterproof coiled material in a treatment device; 2, crystal introduction treatment is conducted on the polymer pre-laid waterproof roll sand layer in the step 1; thirdly, the waterproof roll treated in the second step is laid on a base layer; fourthly, concrete is poured on the sand layer face of the waterproof coiled material; 5, sampling detection is conducted, and comparison analysis is conducted on the concrete obtained after common pouring and concrete obtained after common pouring; through rotation of rear wheels of a vehicle body, a half gear can be driven to rotate, so that a first sliding plug can be driven to move up and down in a reciprocating mode, crystal slurry in a storage barrel can be sprayed to a sand layer surface on a coiled material, and during subsequent concrete pouring, capillary crystals attached to the coiled material can permeate into concrete; therefore, sealing and waterproof effects can be achieved.
