The invention relates to a shoulder pole type wind-resistant clamp of a metal roof system and a mounting method of the shoulder pole type wind-resistant clamp, a metal roof is formed by splicing a plurality of roof panels, and an inner clamping cylinder and an outer clamping cylinder used for being clamped outside the inner clamping cylinder in an overlapped mode are arranged on the opposite sides of every two adjacent roof panels in the longitudinal direction in a full-length mode. The shoulder pole type wind-resistant clamp comprises a support, two wind-resistant clamp bodies and a fixing plate, wherein the support is used for being fixed to a structure body below the metal roof and supported in the inner clamping cylinder, the two wind-resistant clamp bodies are used for being clamped to the periphery of the outer clamping cylinder and located on the opposite outer sides of the support in the axial direction, and the fixing plate is connected to and fixed to the two wind-resistant clamp bodies in series. The technical problems that in the prior art, a wind-resistant clamp of a metal roof limits sliding of the roof, and consequently the roof leaks rain and the wind-resistant performance is weakened are solved. Limited automatic sliding can be generated between the roof panel and the roof support; limited free sliding requirements of the roof panel are ensured, and harmful deformation of the roof panel is avoided.
本发明涉及一种金属屋面体系的扁担式抗风夹及其安装方法,金属屋面由多块屋面板拼接而成,相邻两块该屋面板的相对一侧分别沿纵向通长设有内卡筒和用于重叠卡接于该内卡筒外的外卡筒,扁担式抗风夹包括用于固定在金属屋面下方结构主体上且支撑于该内卡筒内部的支座、用于夹设在该外卡筒的外周且沿轴向位于该支座相对外侧的两个抗风夹、以及串接固定于两个该抗风夹的固定板。本发明解决了现有技术中金属屋面的抗风夹限制屋面滑动而造成屋面漏雨和抗风性能减弱的技术问题。本发明使得屋面板与屋面支架之间可产生有限自动滑动;确保了屋面板的有限自由滑动要求,避免屋面板的有害变形。
