The leveling layer clamping handrail structure comprises a handrail body, a leveling layer, a floor slab and a fixing assembly. The leveling layer is laid at the top end of the floor slab and connected with the floor slab in an attached mode. The fixing assembly abuts against the top end of the floor. The bottom end of the handrail body is located in the leveling layer and connected to the top end of the floor through the fixing assembly. The outer side wall of the part, located in the leveling layer, of the handrail body is attached to the leveling layer.
