The invention discloses a composite sound insulation floor and a construction method thereof.The composite sound insulation floor comprises a composite floor structure, an extrusion mounting device and a penetrating type positioning structure, the extrusion mounting device is connected to the top of one side of the composite floor structure, and the penetrating type positioning structure is connected to the bottom of the other side of the composite floor structure; the extrusion mounting devices and the penetrating type positioning structures are matched in a staggered penetrating mode, and every two adjacent composite floor structures are assembled through the extrusion mounting devices and the penetrating type positioning structures. The arrangement mode that an extrusion mounting device and a penetrating type positioning structure are matched is utilized, and a threaded fastener is in threaded fit with a penetrating assembly, so that a sliding type positioning piece is extruded to protrude out of a penetrating column, and the sliding type positioning piece is clamped into a first connecting plate; therefore, the insertion assembly and the second connecting plate can be installed and positioned, the relative positions of the two composite floor structures can be positioned, and tilting of the single composite floor structure is prevented.
