The fixing disc and the fixing ring are fixedly connected through a plurality of fastening bolts, a reinforcing assembly is further arranged between the outer side rods located on the same side up and down, and the reinforcing assembly comprises vertical anti-collapse rods fixedly installed on the outer side rods. The structure is firm and stable, and stacking installation operation is facilitated.
