The fabricated building supporting seat comprises a bearing bottom plate, fixing plates are fixedly connected to the two sides of the top of the bearing bottom plate, a first threaded rod is in threaded connection to the top of one side of each fixing plate, a clamping plate is fixedly connected to one end of each first threaded rod through a bearing, and the other end of each first threaded rod is sleeved with a rotating disc; a mounting hole is formed in the axis of the rotating disc, a first through hole and a first threaded hole are formed in the two sides of an inner cavity of the mounting hole correspondingly, a bolt is in threaded connection with an inner cavity of the first threaded hole, and the other end of the bolt penetrates through the surface of the rotating disc; the ends, away from the clamping plates, of the limiting rods penetrate through the fixing plates and extend out of the fixing plates. By adopting the equipment, the fabricated buildings can be efficiently and rapidly transported and hoisted, and the fabricated buildings with different sizes can be clamped and fixed, so that the use convenience is ensured.
