The invention discloses a reinforcing method for a connecting joint of a power transmission tower. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps that firstly, the surface of steel is pretreated; secondly, the surface of the pretreated steel is coated with anti-corrosion primer; step 3, attaching a layer of chopped broken fiber felt on the anticorrosive primer, and then stacking multiple layers of preformed carbon fiber cloth on the chopped broken fiber felt; fourthly, the steel is wound and wrapped with a molding material, a closed space is formed in the joint part, two through holes are formed in the molding material, and hoses are inserted into the through holes; 5, the two hoses are connected with vacuum equipment and a resin barrel correspondingly, the vacuum equipment extracts air in the closed space formed by wrapping of the molding material, and meanwhile the resin material in the resin barrel enters the closed space; and 6, the hose is dismantled, the through hole of the molding material is sealed, the molding material is dismantled after the resin is cured, and surface polishing machining is conducted. The preformed carbon fiber cloth and the gusset plate are reliably connected, the mechanical performance is stable, and the reinforcing effect is good.
本发明公开一种输电铁塔连接节点的加固方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,对钢材表面进行预处理;步骤二,在预处理后的钢材表面涂覆防腐底漆;步骤三,在防腐底漆上附接一层短切破例纤维毡,之后在其上叠放多层预成型碳纤维布;步骤四,在钢材上缠绕包裹模塑材料,使节点部分形成密闭空间,在模塑材料上开设两个通孔,并在通孔上插接软管;步骤五,两软管分别连接真空设备、树脂桶,真空设备抽取模塑材料包裹形成密闭空间内的空气,同时树脂桶内的树脂材料进入密闭空间;步骤六,拆除软管并封闭模塑材料的通孔,树脂固化之后拆除模塑材料,并进行表面打磨加工。本发明中预成型碳纤维布与节点板件连接可靠,具有稳定的机械性能,加固效果良好。
