Roof maintenance method
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and provides a roof maintenance method which comprises the following steps: S1, removing a to-be-repaired structure of an original roof; s2, accumulated water in the roof heat preservation layer is discharged; s3, a drainage and exhaust pipe is embedded in the bottom of the gutter; s4, pouring construction is conducted on the gutter, and waterproof treatment is conducted; s5, warehouse dividing and formwork erecting are carried out; s6, concrete is poured; s7, water retaining strips are poured on formworks on the two sides of the top of the expansion joint correspondingly; and S8, a waterproof cover plate is fixed to the top of the water retaining strip, water retaining pressing plates are arranged at the two ends of the waterproof cover plate, and construction is completed. The drainage and exhaust channel is arranged in the roof repairing process, so that a heat preservation layer in the maintained roof can drain water downwards and exhaust air upwards, and meanwhile, the roof is subjected to slope making treatment, the pressing plate cornice is arranged, and a waterproof method in waterproof construction is improved; the problem of roof water seepage or water leakage caused by accumulated water in the heat preservation layer in the old roof is solved, and the appearance is attractive after construction.
