According to the subway deep foundation pit concrete waist beam breaking method provided by the invention, the surface of the concrete waist beam cut by using the rope saw is smooth and flat, the basal plane treatment is not needed, the cyclic connection between the working procedures is accelerated, and the cutting efficiency is improved by utilizing the matching of the crawler crane and the forklift.
