The invention provides an electromagnetic shielding double-door structure and a control method thereof.The electromagnetic shielding double-door structure comprises a box body, a door plate structure and a locking structure, one side, in the first direction, of the box body is open to form a frame body, an annular shielding strip is arranged on the frame body, the door plate structure comprises two door plates arranged at intervals, and the locking structure is arranged between the two door plates. The side portions, back to each other, of the two door plates are hinged to the frame body, annular sealing strips which are arranged in a protruding mode in the first direction are arranged on the side faces, corresponding to the frame body, of the two door plates, conductive cloth is arranged on the annular sealing strips and used for making contact with the shielding strips, the locking structure comprises four electromagnetic locks, each electromagnetic lock comprises an electromagnet and a contact plate, and the electromagnetic locks are arranged on the frame body. The four electromagnets are located on the upper portions and the lower portions of the two door plates respectively, and the four contact plates are correspondingly arranged on the frame body so as to be matched with the four electromagnets when the two door plates are closed. The door opening mode of the double-door electromagnetic shielding box is simplified, and the door opening convenience is improved.
