The invention provides a production method for producing a regenerated brick by using construction waste and the regenerated brick. The production method comprises the following steps: storing the construction waste in a classified manner; the stored construction waste passes through magnetic separation equipment, scrap iron is recycled, and a magnetic separation material is obtained; gradually crushing the magnetic separation material to obtain a crushed material; screening the crushed material to obtain a screened material; winnowing the screened material to remove plastics and fibers in the material to obtain a winnowed material; adding a modifier into the winnowing material, mixing and reacting to obtain a modified winnowing material; taking the modified winnowing material, crushing, adding the slurry mixing liquid, and carrying out ball milling to obtain regenerated slurry; pouring the regenerated slurry into a mold, and performing steam injection to obtain a finished product. According to the invention, building wastes can be fully subjected to resource utilization, the sorting effect is good, particles of various types and grades are separated finely, and finally obtained regenerated bricks are relatively good in quality, relatively high in compressive strength and relatively good in thermal insulation performance.
