High-corrosion-resistance artificial aggregate, corrosion-resistance and crack-resistance cement concrete prepared from high-corrosion-resistance artificial aggregate and application of high-corrosion-resistance artificial aggregate in bridge members
The invention discloses high-corrosion-resistance artificial aggregate, a preparation method and corrosion-resistance and crack-resistance cement concrete. The high-corrosion-resistance artificial aggregate is prepared from dredged soil, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, a waterproof agent, rice hull ash, polyacrylamide, montmorillonite, sodium metaaluminate and water. The corrosion-resistant and crack-resistant cement concrete comprises the following components: high-corrosion-resistant artificial aggregate, cement, natural sand, natural coarse aggregate and anti-seepage and crack-resistant microcapsules, and is applicable to bridge members. The high-corrosion-resistance artificial aggregate provided by the invention is a porous material, so that the deadweight of a component can be reduced while the chloride ion corrosion resistance of the bridge component is improved; the anti-seepage and anti-crack microcapsules have crack recognition capability, can accurately block cracks of bridge members, and adsorb chloride ions. According to the high-corrosion-resistance artificial aggregate and the corrosion-resistance and crack-resistance cement concrete, the diffusion amount of external chloride ions into the concrete can be reduced from the two aspects of chemical reaction and physical adsorption, and the corrosion degree of the chloride ions to a bridge structure is prevented or delayed to a great extent.
本发明公开了一种高防腐人造骨料、制备方法和防腐抗裂水泥混凝土,高防腐人造骨料组成成分包括:疏浚土、氧化钙、氧化镁、氯化镁、防水剂、稻壳灰、聚丙烯酰胺、蒙脱石、偏铝酸钠、水;防腐抗裂水泥混凝土组成成分包括:高防腐人造骨料、水泥、天然砂、天然粗骨料、抗渗抗裂微胶囊,可适用于桥梁构件。本发明提供的高防腐人造骨料为多孔材料,在提高桥梁构件的抗氯离子侵蚀性的同时能够降低构件自重;抗渗抗裂微胶囊具有裂缝识别能力,可以精准封堵桥梁构件裂缝,并吸附氯离子。本发明的高防腐人造骨料和防腐抗裂水泥混凝土能够从化学反应与物理吸附两个方面降低外界氯离子向混凝土中的扩散量,极大程度阻止或延缓氯离子对桥梁结构的侵蚀程度。
