The invention relates to alkali-free vegetation concrete which comprises the following components: a special cementing material for the unfired alkali-free vegetation concrete, unfired sludge ceramsite, a water reducing agent, tap water and liquid CO2, and the special cementing material for the unfired alkali-free vegetation concrete comprises the following components: S95 mineral powder, steel slag powder, desulfurized gypsum powder, polyferric sulfate and potassium alum. The unfired sludge ceramsite comprises the following components: a special cementing material for unfired alkali-free vegetation concrete and river and lake sludge. According to the alkali-free plant-growing concrete, a large amount of steel slag, desulfurized gypsum and river and lake sludge can be utilized, and the alkali-free plant-growing concrete is free of sintering, low in cost, extremely low in carbon emission and ultralow in alkali content; liquid CO2 is used for rapid carbonation, long-time carbonization curing and large-scale investment on carbonization curing equipment are not needed, and the physical and mechanical properties and durability of the prepared product are better than those of common vegetation concrete, and the product is alkali-free; the common problem of high alkali content of hydrated common vegetation concrete can be effectively solved, and plant growth is promoted.
