The invention discloses a self-stabilizing lost foam and a method for slotting a prebaked anode by using the lost foam, the lost foam comprises a plurality of main plates arranged side by side and a plurality of supporting ribs arranged among the main plates, and the main plates and the supporting ribs are all made of materials which are combusted, decomposed and disappeared in a high-temperature environment; the evanescent mode can be automatically and stably supported in the forming mold frame with the smooth inner wall. The method comprises the following steps: placing the evanescent mode at the bottom of a forming mold frame of a forming machine; anode paste is added, vibration forming is started, in the high-temperature roasting process of the roasting procedure of the raw carbon block with the lost foam, the lost foam is burnt, decomposed and consumed, and the raw carbon block has high hardness at the roasting high temperature and does not deform any more; after combustion is completed, the space originally occupied by the lost foam becomes the shape and space for slotting of the cooked anode carbon block, and residual ash generated after high-temperature roasting of the lost foam can be cleaned up by shoveling, scraping and purging the residual ash in a groove in the procedure of cleaning the surface and bowl holes of the cooked anode carbon block after roasting.
本发明公开了一种自稳型消失模和采用消失模为预焙阳极开槽的方法,消失模包括若干并排的主板和设置在主板间的若干支撑筋条,所述主板和支撑筋条均由在高温环境下燃烧分解消失的材料制成,消失模能自行稳定支撑在内壁光滑的成型模具框中。方法为将消失模贴合放置在成型机的成型模具框底部;加入阳极糊料并开始振动成型,带有消失模的生炭块在焙烧工序的高温焙烧过程中,消失模被燃烧分解消耗掉,生炭块在焙烧高温下已具有高硬度不再发生变形;燃烧完成后,消失模原本占有的空间即成为熟阳极炭块需要开槽的形状和空间,消失模经高温焙烧后的残灰,在焙烧后的清理熟阳极炭块表面和碗孔的工序中,对沟槽中的残灰进行铲刮和吹扫即可清理干净。
