Non-dismantling UHPC formwork prestressed concrete bridge and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a dismantling-free UHPC formwork prestressed concrete bridge and a construction method thereof.The bridge comprises a bridge body, the bottom face of a top plate of the bridge body, the bottom face of a bottom plate of the bridge body, the bottom face of a flange plate and the side face of a web plate of the bridge body are all connected with UHPC layers, and the construction method comprises the following steps that factory prefabrication, maintenance and storage of UHPC formworks are conducted; transporting, hoisting and splicing the bottom plate and the web UHPC template; hoisting connection of a bottom plate and a web reinforcing mesh and pre-arrangement of a prestressed duct; pouring and curing a bottom plate and web concrete layer; a top plate UHPC formwork is transported, hoisted and spliced; hoisting and connecting the top plate reinforcing mesh; pouring and curing a top plate concrete layer; tensioning and anchoring prestressed tendons of the bridge sections; and constructing the next section. According to the bridge and the construction method, the self weight of the bridge is reduced, the crack resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance and durability of the bridge are improved, and the whole life cycle cost of engineering is reduced.
