Continuous rigid frame side span steel beam erecting method
The invention discloses a continuous rigid frame side span steel beam erecting method which comprises the steps that firstly, a stress conversion frame is installed on a concrete beam section, a first adjusting jack and a hoist crane are installed on the stress conversion frame, and the first adjusting jack is connected with a sling; installing a second adjusting jack on the bridge pier of the side span; then a lifting lug is welded to one end of the steel beam, the whole steel beam is lifted to the installation position through a floating crane, and one end of the steel beam is supported on a second adjusting jack; connecting the lifting lugs by using a sling, and finishing stress conversion through a first adjusting jack; then the position of the steel beam is adjusted through a hoist crane, a first adjusting jack and a second adjusting jack, then the steel beam is welded to the steel connector of the concrete beam section, and concrete is poured between the steel beam and the concrete beam section; and finally dismounting the second adjusting jack and the stress conversion frame. The hoisting device has the effects of facilitating hoisting and positioning of the steel beam and improving the hoisting speed of the steel beam.
