The invention relates to a novel single-anchor spiral foundation which comprises a main body anchor rod. The top end connecting flange is detachably arranged at the upper end of the main body anchor rod; the top spiral anchor sheet is arranged at the upper part of the main body anchor rod; the middle spiral anchor piece is arranged in the middle of the main body anchor rod; and the bottom spiral anchor sheet is arranged at the bottom of the main body anchor rod. A spiral anchor top radial cover is arranged on the periphery of the top spiral anchor piece. And the middle spiral anchor sheets are discontinuously arranged. And the top end connecting flange is connected with the main body anchor rod through a transverse bolt. The outer diameter of the bottom spiral anchor piece is smaller than that of the middle spiral anchor piece. The invention further discloses a novel single-anchor spiral foundation and a construction method, the whole novel single-anchor spiral foundation is used in a single-anchor mode during construction, different functions are achieved through the spiral anchor pieces with different diameters distributed on all the sections of the main body anchor rod, and inclination is avoided.
