The invention provides a plugging device for a gap between an inspection well and a pipeline, the plugging device comprises two side sealing assemblies arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the inspection well in an aligned manner, the two side sealing assemblies are arranged on the pipeline in a sleeving manner, and the gap between the inspection well and the pipeline can be plugged by the two side sealing assemblies; a pouring hole is formed in the side sealing assembly on one side, mortar is poured into the pouring hole, the mortar solution is poured into the gap, and sealing is completed. The device is simple in structure and easy to operate, gaps between the prefabricated inspection well and the drainage pipeline can be accurately and safely connected, and the pipeline can be reinforced; meanwhile, the gap can be rapidly filled with mortar and plugged, so that one-time plugging operation on the gap is completed; and the plugging effect is good, the operability is high, and reutilization can be achieved. The invention further provides a construction method of the plugging device for the gap between the inspection well and the pipeline.
