The invention discloses a large-span roof structure which comprises a central roof structure (1) and peripheral roof structures connected with the central roof structure (1). The central roof structure adopts a membrane-truss-cable composite structure, and the peripheral roof structure adopts a plate-steel frame composite structure; the membrane-truss-cable composite structure comprises a membrane material structure, an upper layer truss unit and a lower layer truss cable unit. The plate-steel frame composite structure comprises a roof plate structure and a steel frame structure. The outer periphery of the upper-layer truss unit is fixedly connected with a roof panel structure, and the lower-layer truss cable unit is connected with a steel frame structure; the upper-layer truss unit comprises an upper circumferential enclosing truss body, a plurality of groups of inclined staggered arch truss bodies and upper inclined reinforcing rods; the lower-layer truss cable unit comprises a lower circumferential enclosing truss body, a plurality of sets of obliquely-staggered truss bodies, lower oblique reinforcing rods and a plurality of cables. It can be guaranteed that the large-span structure roof space is larger, the forms are more diversified, more materials are saved, and the structural stability is higher.
