The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and provides an assembly type stair which comprises a plurality of stair plate assemblies, and each stair plate assembly comprises a connecting rod structure, a plurality of stair plates, a synchronous assembly and a locking assembly. The connecting rod structure comprises two first connecting rods, the two first connecting rods are arranged side by side, an inserting groove is formed in one end of each first connecting rod in the length direction, an inserting block matched with the inserting groove is formed in the other end of each first connecting rod, the side wall of each inserting groove is rotationally connected with a first transmission shaft, and one end of each first transmission shaft forms a first inserting part in the corresponding inserting groove; the other end of the insertion block is fixedly connected with a first transmission tooth, the insertion block is rotationally connected with a second transmission tooth, the second transmission tooth and the first transmission tooth are equal in diameter, and an insertion hole matched with the first insertion part is formed in the axis of the second transmission tooth; the first transmission part enables all the first transmission teeth to rotate synchronously, and the second transmission part enables the first transmission teeth and the second transmission teeth to rotate synchronously. By means of the arrangement, synchronous rotation of the stair plates among the multiple stair plate assemblies can be achieved.
