The invention discloses fiber reinforced mortar spraying equipment and method. The fiber reinforced mortar spraying equipment comprises a mortar stirring device and a mortar pumping device, and prepared mortar is pumped into a mortar spraying gun through a mortar pipeline; and the fiber unwinding device is used for conveying fiber yarns into the fiber spray gun through a fiber pipeline. The fiber reinforced mortar spraying equipment is provided with the mortar pumping device and the fiber unwinding device at the same time, a mortar layer and a fiber layer can be sprayed at the same time or layer by layer through the mortar spraying gun and the fiber spraying gun, compared with traditional manual fiber layer laying, the spraying efficiency is higher, only one worker is needed for operation, and the construction cost is greatly reduced; by means of the fiber reinforced mortar spraying method, mortar and fiber layers can be sprayed layer by layer, mortar and fibers can also be sprayed at the same time, and the problem that when the fibers are laid, the solidification degrees of mortar are different, and consequently the quality of spraying layers on the surface of a building is different is solved.
