Electric pole righting device
The electric pole righting device comprises a trolley, a pushing mechanism arranged on the trolley and used for pushing an electric pole, a pulling mechanism arranged on the trolley and used for pulling the electric pole and a limiting mechanism used for guiding the two sides of the electric pole, and a groove matched with the electric pole is formed in the trolley; when an inclined electric pole is straightened, the trolley is stopped at the position of the electric pole and matched with the groove, at the moment, the pushing mechanism is located in the inclination direction of the electric pole, the pushing mechanism is matched with the pulling mechanism to erect the inclined electric pole vertically, meanwhile, the limiting mechanism guides the electric pole to prevent the electric pole from deflecting towards the two sides when the electric pole is erected, and automatic erecting of the electric pole is achieved; and the working efficiency is improved, and the perpendicularity of the electric pole is high after the electric pole is straightened.
本发明公开的一种电杆扶正装置，包括小车、设置在所述小车上用于推动电杆的推动机构、设置在所述小车上用于拉动电杆的拉动机构和用于导向电杆两侧的限位机构，所述小车上设有与电杆配合的凹槽；对倾斜的电杆进行扶正时，将小车停靠在电杆处并与凹槽配合，此时推动机构位于电杆倾斜方向，通过推动机构配合拉动机构将倾斜的电杆立起垂直，且在此同时，限位机构导向电杆，防止电杆立起时向两侧偏转，实现了电杆的自动立起，提高了工作效率，且扶正后电杆垂直度高。
