The method comprises the following steps: 1) forming a mounting hole in a square tube; 2) firstly screwing an inner hexagonal locking bolt on the magnetic switch, then penetrating the magnetic switch through a hole body with the diameter of 50mm, then penetrating the magnetic switch out of a hole body with the diameter of 32mm, and screwing an outer locking nut for fixing; (3) a pistol drill is used for drilling holes in the upper portion of the safety door to fix an L-shaped fixing frame, and a magnetic block is fixed to the L-shaped fixing frame through a bolt; (4) the cable of the magnetic switch is wired through the bridge, the junction box is connected with the magnetic switch through the cable penetrating through the protective sleeve, and the junction box is connected with an external mechanism through the cable penetrating through the bridge hole penetrating pipe; 5) installing a safety interlocking state prompting indicator lamp and an interlocking reset button; and through the control of the PLC system, when the safety door is opened by mistake, the PLC system controls the rotary action mechanism to perform interlocking protection to stop the operation action. The signal is stable and reliable, the reliability and safety of the electronic interlocking door are effectively improved, and safety accidents are avoided.
