The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy doors and windows, and discloses an anti-theft aluminum alloy door and window which comprises a main frame plate, a frame fixing device and a door and window frame structure, a first frame groove is formed in the center of the main frame plate, and moving grooves are formed in the two sides of the top and the two sides of the bottom of the first frame groove correspondingly; the two sides of the end, away from the center of the main frame plate, of each moving groove are fixedly connected with telescopic rods. Through the use of a fixed connecting plate, a first bolt, a movable connecting plate and a second bolt, the frame fixing device can be connected with the main frame plate and the window frame plate, through the use of a supporting rod, the movable connecting plate can be rotated, and then the window frame plate can be opened and closed; and through arrangement of a second clamping groove and cooperative use of a telescopic rod, a first clamping plate and a spring, when the window frame plate is closed, the first clamping plate enters the second clamping groove, and then the window frame plate is stably operated in the up-down position and the front-back position through the first clamping plate.
