Through the use of a fixed connecting plate, a first bolt, a movable connecting plate and a second bolt, the frame fixing device can be connected with the main frame plate and the window frame plate, through the use of a supporting rod, the movable connecting plate can be rotated, and then the window frame plate can be opened and closed; and through arrangement of a second clamping groove and cooperative use of a telescopic rod, a first clamping plate and a spring, when the window frame plate is closed, the first clamping plate enters the second clamping groove, and then the window frame plate is stably operated in the up-down position and the front-back position through the first clamping plate.
