The drill bit turning rectangular deep hole drilling machine comprises a drill carriage with a cable and a drilling machine body hoisted at the lower end of the cable, and the drilling machine body comprises a pipeline fixing frame, a rock slag treatment mechanism and a multifunctional drilling assembly which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the multifunctional drill assembly comprises a plurality of cylindrical drill assemblies, a U-shaped fork plate, a sliding counter-force frame and a horizontal hydraulic cylinder, the cylindrical drill assemblies are installed on the U-shaped fork plate and arranged on the vertical plane and the horizontal plane in a matrix mode, and the horizontal hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the sliding counter-force frame and drives the U-shaped fork plate to move laterally; the rock slag treatment mechanism comprises a stirring device, a slag suction system, a crushing device, a grouting system and a slag discharge system; and the slag suction system is communicated into the multifunctional drill assembly. The method has the advantages that the haunching structure, the horizontal cantilever structure and the vertical pile body can form holes at a time, other mechanical assistance is not needed, and the purposes of improving the construction efficiency and saving the construction and equipment cost are achieved.
