The invention provides a high-fill embankment section shield soil body reinforcing and detecting method which comprises the following steps that outermost rows of curtain grouting holes in the two sides are formed in a left line and a right line of a tunnel respectively; the grouting holes are drilled through a top drive water drill, follow-up casing pipe hole forming is adopted in the drilling process, and a sleeve valve pipe grouting technology is adopted for reinforcement; after a hole is formed, a drill rod is lowered to the bottom of the hole, and a slurry pump is used for injecting the stirred casing material into a grouting section in the hole through the drill rod; after grouting reinforcement, strength detection is carried out on the reinforced soil body, and the strength detection comprises the steps that inspection holes are formed in the two sides of a hoisting hole of the shield segment; and an in-situ static cone penetration test is carried out at the inspection hole, and a soil body strength parameter is verified, so that the settlement value of the filling section tunnel is calculated. According to the method, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the safety of constructing the shield tunnel at the filling section is ensured. Engineering investment is saved, and environmental pollution caused by cast-in-place concrete construction is avoided.
本发明提供一种高填方路堤段盾构土体加固及检测方法,包括如下步骤,在隧道左线和隧道右线各施作两侧最外排帷幕注浆孔;所述注浆孔通过顶驱水钻进行钻孔,在钻孔过程中采取跟进套管成孔,并采用袖阀管注浆工艺加固;在成孔后,将钻杆下到孔底,用泥浆泵将搅拌好的套壳料经钻杆注入孔内注浆段;在注浆加固后,对加固土体进行强度检测,所述强度检测包括,在盾构管片的吊装孔的两侧设置检验孔;在检验孔处进行原位静力触探试验,对土体强度参数进行求证,从而对填土段隧道的沉降值进行计算。该方法有效提高施工效率,保证了填土段施作盾构隧道的安全性。节约工程投资,并避免现浇混凝土施工带来的环境污染。
