The invention discloses a polishing motor pressing air cylinder control device and system which are used for controlling lifting or pressing operation of N pressing air cylinders, N is larger than or equal to 1, and the control device comprises N first branches and N second branches, the N first branches are uniquely connected to a rod cavity of one pressing air cylinder, and the N second branches are uniquely connected to a rodless cavity of one pressing air cylinder. The first branch comprises a first proportional pressure reducing valve, a first electromagnetic switch valve and a first flow amplifier which are sequentially connected in series, and the first proportional pressure reducing valve is connected to a rod cavity of the downward pressing air cylinder through the first electromagnetic switch valve and the first flow amplifier. The second branch comprises a second proportional pressure reducing valve, a second electromagnetic switch valve and a second flow amplifier which are sequentially connected in series, and the second proportional pressure reducing valve is connected to a rodless cavity of the pressing air cylinder through the second electromagnetic switch valve and the second flow amplifier. The technical problems that an existing downward pressing control device is high in cost, safety cannot be guaranteed, and downward pressing force output by an air cylinder cannot be accurately controlled can be solved.
