The invention relates to a dome steel structure water circulation cooling device and method.The dome steel structure water circulation cooling device comprises a dome steel framework, a cooling water pipe, an annular water collecting tank, a water collecting tank and a driving pump, and the cooling water pipe is arranged on the dome steel framework and extends from one side of the dome steel framework to the other side of the dome steel framework. One end of the cooling water pipe is communicated with the water collecting tank, and the other end of the cooling water pipe is communicated with the annular water collecting tank which is communicated with the water collecting tank. The water collecting tank comprises a sedimentation tank and a clean water tank; the upper part of the sedimentation tank is communicated with the clean water tank through a connecting pipe; the sedimentation tank is communicated with the annular water collecting tank through a water inlet guide pipe, the water inlet end of the cooling water pipe is communicated with the clean water tank through a water outlet guide pipe, and the driving pump is arranged in the clean water tank and used for driving water to flow from one end of the cooling water pipe to the other end. The dome steel structure water circulation cooling device has the effect of cooling and heat dissipation of the dome.
