The invention discloses a motor gear transmission assembly which comprises a first transmission gear and a swing arm which are coaxially arranged through a first connecting mechanism and can rotate relative to each other, and the swing arm is rotationally connected with a second transmission gear through a second connecting mechanism, the second connecting mechanism comprises a spring used for elastically driving the second transmission gear to axially abut against the swing arm, and therefore when the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear are reversed, the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear can rotate. The reverse rotation friction force of the second transmission gear on the swing arm can enable the swing arm to reversely rotate relative to the first transmission gear around the shaft where the first transmission gear is located, practicability is good, and meshing connection of the second transmission gear and the external gear is facilitated when the swing arm reversely rotates in place subsequently.
