Application of impact-resistant basalt material in preparation of basalt cover plate
The invention discloses an application of an impact-resistant basalt material in preparation of a basalt cover plate. The impact-resistant basalt material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of a filler; 60 to 100 parts of Portland cement; the filler is composed of basalt powder and sepiolite powder. The preparation method of the modified filler comprises the following steps: (1) adding basalt powder and sepiolite powder into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution; (2) adding holmium nitrate into the mixed solution, stirring for 30-60 minutes, then adding potassium hydroxide, and continuously stirring for 2-4 hours; after stirring is finished, solid is separated; and (3) calcining the solid at 1200-1500 DEG C for 1-2 hours, and taking a calcined product after calcining to obtain the modified filler. The material not only has good impact resistance, but also has certain heat insulation performance.
本发明公开了一种耐冲击玄武岩材料在制备玄武岩盖板中的应用。所述的耐冲击玄武岩材料,包含如下重量份的组分:填料100~150份;硅酸盐水泥60~100份;所述的填料由玄武岩粉末和海泡石粉末组成。所述的改性填料的制备方法包含如下步骤:(1)取玄武岩粉末和海泡石粉末,加入到水中,搅拌均匀,得混合液;(2)在混合液中加入硝酸钬搅拌30~60min,接着再加入氢氧化钾,继续搅拌2~4h;搅拌结束后分离固体;(3)将固体于1200~1500℃下煅烧1~2h,煅烧结束后取煅烧产物即得所述的改性填料。该材料不但具有较好的耐冲击性能,同时还具有一定的隔热性能。
