The invention provides a method for preparing a silicon-aluminum composite aerogel material by using nepheline as a raw material, the nepheline is used as the raw material to replace an organic silicon source and an organic aluminum source which are expensive and have certain toxicity, and the nepheline is treated by a certain process in the preparation process; the acidic silicon-aluminum solution prepared after the nepheline raw material is treated can be directly used as a silicon source and aluminum source mixed raw material solution for preparing the silicon-aluminum gel, the proportion of the silicon source and the aluminum source does not need to be adjusted again, acid does not need to be added again for catalytic hydrolysis, the preparation cost is reduced, the preparation period is relatively shortened, and the method is suitable for industrial production. The prepared silicon-aluminum aerogel is relatively good in performance, the room-temperature heat conductivity is as low as 0.032 W/mK through a heat insulation performance test, the high-temperature heat stability is good, and the silicon-aluminum aerogel has a wide application prospect in the field of heat preservation and heat insulation.
本发明提供了一种以霞石为原料制备硅铝复合气凝胶材料的方法,利用霞石为原材料替代价格昂贵且有一定毒性的有机硅源和有机铝源,并且在制备过程中对霞石进行一定工艺的处理,霞石原料经处理后制得的酸性硅铝溶液可以直接作为制备硅铝凝胶的硅源及铝源混合原料液,不需要再次调配硅源及铝源比例,也不需要再次添加酸进行催化水解,降低了制备成本较低,相对缩短了制备周期,并且制备的硅铝气凝胶的性能较好,经过隔热性能测试,室温热导率低至0.032W/m∙K,高温热稳性好,在保温隔热领域存在广阔的应用前景。
