The invention provides a concrete spraying and curing device which comprises a mounting frame and a spraying and curing assembly, the spraying and curing assembly is arranged on the mounting frame, and the spraying and curing assembly comprises a water storage tank, a water injection mechanism, a compression roller driving mechanism, an operation plate, a U-shaped blind pipe, a lifting mechanism, a disc, a connecting plate, two sealing plugs and a plurality of spraying heads, the lower surface of the water storage tank is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting frame, and the water injection mechanism is arranged on the water storage tank; the outer wall of the pressing roller driving mechanism is slidably connected with the inner wall of the mounting frame, and the lifting mechanisms are arranged on the side, connected with the pressing roller driving mechanism, of the mounting frame; through the arrangement of the spraying maintenance assembly, water can be evenly sprayed on concrete without a water pump, waste of water resources is avoided, leveling treatment can be conducted on the concrete ground during spraying, and the working efficiency is improved while the working intensity is reduced.
