Bentley-based modular bridge structure and modeling method thereof
The invention discloses a modular bridge structure based on Bentley and a modeling method thereof.In the bridge structure, a plurality of foundations are arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the bridge structure, and the foundations are cast-in-place concrete foundations; the bases are fixed to the top faces of all foundations through bolts, the upper ends and the lower ends of the stand columns are fastened in the guide beam supporting bases and the bases through quick-release buckle assemblies correspondingly, the two ends of the guide beams are clamped to the guide beam supporting bases correspondingly, the two parallel guide beams are arranged, and the multiple bridge deck slabs are arranged on the guide beam supporting bases. The bridge deck slab is arranged between the two guide beams in parallel in the length direction of the guide beams through the quick-release buckle assembly, and the transmission assembly is installed on the guide beams, located below the bridge deck slab and used for driving the bridge deck slab. According to the modular bridge built based on the modeling method, the parts are rapidly disassembled and assembled, the installation period is short, stability and reliability are achieved, the disassembling and assembling work only needs to be conducted at one end of the bridge, manual operation on the bridge deck is not needed, and the safety coefficient is high.
本发明公开了一种基于Bentley的模块化桥梁结构及其建模方法,该桥梁结构中:基础设置有多个,分别设置在桥梁结构的底部的四周,基础采用现浇混凝土基础;底座通过螺栓固定于各个基础顶面,立柱的上下两端分别通过快拆卡扣组件紧固于导梁支撑座和底座内,导梁的两端分别卡接于导梁支撑座上,且导梁设置有相互平行的两根,桥面板设置有多个,桥面板通过快拆卡扣组件沿导梁的长度方向平行设于两根导梁之间,传动组件安装在导梁上且位于桥面板下方,用于驱动桥面板。本发明采用模块化设计,基于该建模方法搭建的模块化桥梁,各部件的快速拆装,安装周期短且稳定可靠,并且拆装工作只需要在桥的一端进行,无需人工在桥面作业,安全系数高。
