The invention discloses an assembly type standardized mild steel buffering, shock-absorbing, energy-consuming and anti-seismic stop block and a construction method thereof. The assembly type standardized mild steel buffering, shock-absorbing, energy-consuming and anti-seismic stop block comprises a D-shaped hollow rubber block, a steel embedded concrete body, a steel damping energy-consuming device and an assembly type bent cap/abutment cap. The D-shaped hollow rubber block is detachably connected to the side face of the steel embedded concrete body. The steel embedded concrete body is detachably connected to the steel damping energy consumption device; the steel damping energy consumption device is detachably arranged on the assembly type bent cap/abutment cap; in addition, the invention further provides a construction method of the assembly type standardized mild steel buffering, shock-absorbing, energy-consuming and anti-seismic stop block. According to the invention, standardized design and prefabricated construction can be realized before an earthquake; the functions of step-by-step buffering, double shock absorption, multi-path fortification and segmented energy consumption are achieved in the earthquake; after an earthquake, the device has the capabilities of easy repair after the earthquake and self-recovery of functions; and the requirements of multi-level earthquake fortification are met.
