Positioning installation platform suitable for large-diameter single pile driving and construction method
The positioning installation platform comprises a suction anchor, a pile leg, a box-shaped deck, a hydraulic pile embracing device and a lifting frame, the pile leg penetrates through a guide hole of the box-shaped deck and is welded to the suction anchor into a whole, the hydraulic pile embracing device is fixedly arranged on the box-shaped deck, and the hydraulic pile embracing device is fixedly arranged on the box-shaped deck. The lifting frame is welded to the upper portion of the box-shaped deck, the lifting pile mechanism is arranged between the pile leg and the box girder deck, and lowering or lifting of the pile leg and the suction anchor can be achieved. Through self-floating of the box-shaped deck, the problems of marine transportation and displacement of the single-pile positioning and mounting platform are solved, and operations such as marine in-place, suction foundation penetration and deck lifting of the platform are completed under the assistance of a single tug; through the self-floating and intelligent mechanical design of each part structure, a self-installation process without floating crane and barge transportation in offshore installation is realized, the installation operation is simple, the operation period is short, the device can be repeatedly used, the requirement on auxiliary installation machines and tools is low, and the comprehensive cost is relatively low.
