The invention discloses a large-volume concrete body surface layer anti-cracking method which comprises the following steps: step 1, layering an anchor block, and starting to construct the anchor block from the lowermost layer; 2, a stiff framework is arranged at the position of the surface of the anchor block body on the layer, after a supporting steel bar net piece is installed on the stiff framework, a dense net is fixed to the supporting steel bar net piece, and an anti-cracking steel bar net piece is installed on the stiff framework; 3, synchronous pouring is conducted on the anchor block body and the anti-cracking concrete layer of the layer; and 4, the step 2 and the step 3 are cycled on the poured anchor blocks, and construction of the next layer of anchor blocks is conducted till construction of the anchor blocks is completed. According to the anchor block, the anti-cracking concrete layer is arranged on the surface of the anchor block, the stiff framework and the supporting steel bar mesh are connected with the anti-cracking steel bar mesh and the sealing mesh, so that the overall strength and overall stress of the anchor block are improved, the stress performance of the anchor block is improved, and cracking of the anchor block is reduced.
