The spatial position of a working unit is adjusted by moving the carrier and the telescopic arm so as to cope with construction areas with different heights and different distances. When the consistency of the sludge is too large, the consistency of the sludge is reduced by injecting water into the working area and cooperating with stirring of the slurry stirring pump, and when the consistency of the slurry is reduced to a preset value, the slurry is pumped away through the slurry pump and the slurry pipe, so that the purpose of rapid dredging is achieved; when the thickness of the sludge is moderate, the water injection pipe is not opened, and dredging operation is conducted through stirring of the slurry stirrer in cooperation with the slurry pump and the slurry tank. In the desilting process, the slurry stirrer is in a rotating state all the time, the viscosity degree of the sludge is judged by detecting the torque of the stirrer in real time, and when the viscosity degree of the sludge is too large and the sludge cannot be cleaned by a slurry pump, the water injection pipe is opened to inject water into the working unit, so that the viscosity degree of the sludge is reduced.
