Plastering process of high-fiber-content plastering mortar
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a plastering process of high-fiber-content plastering mortar. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) adding an air entraining agent into a UHDCC formula; (2) plastering the mortar on the wall by adopting a conventional plastering plate, and primarily leveling; (3) carrying out fiber orientation plastering on the plaster layer by adopting a fiber orientation trowel; (4) preparing standby slurry; and (5) a compaction trowel is used for smearing the bottom face of the trowel in the standby slurry prepared in the step (4), and then the plaster layer is compacted in a flapping mode. Bubbles are introduced into the mortar, so that the mixing difficulty of high fiber mixing amount and the knife sticking degree during plastering are reduced; the fiber orientation trowel is beneficial for eliminating the problem that the plate interface formed in the plastering process does not have enough fiber interpenetration, and the overall tensile stress transmission effect after mortar hardening is improved; the mortar can be exhausted and compacted by the compacting trowel; and the mortar has higher compactness due to the standby slurry.
