The invention discloses a semispherical lunar building protection structure capable of being inflated and unfolded and filled with solidifiable lunar rock soil blocks. The device is composed of a hemispherical multi-layer inflatable bag and a solidifiable moon rock-soil block. The semispherical multilayer inflatable bag is composed of a radiation-proof film and thermal insulation film synthetic film, an anti-impact film, a filling forming bag, a space bag and a human use bag. After the hemispherical multilayer inflatable bag is inflated and unfolded to form a hemispherical shape, the solidifiable moon rock-soil block is filled, and gas in the air isolation bag is pumped out to form a hemispherical structure. The solidifiable lunar rock-soil block is a hemispherical shell-shaped component formed by solidifying lunar soil, lunar rock and a curing agent. According to the method, construction is simple, the problem of adhesive vacuum volatilization in lunar surface operation is solved, the forming and using difficulty of lunar soil and lunar rock is reduced, and the method adapts to the mechanical behavior of building interior inflation during building construction and using; and the comprehensive conditions of long-time high vacuum degree, strong space radiation, high-strength thermal shock, meteorite impact and lunar shock on the lunar surface can be handled.
