The invention discloses an electric swing door driving mechanism which comprises a driving assembly, a left connecting rod assembly and a right connecting rod assembly, the left connecting rod assembly and the right connecting rod assembly are connected with the output end of the driving assembly, the driving assembly comprises a rotating disc, and the rotating disc is connected with the left connecting rod assembly and the right connecting rod assembly through a first circular shaft and a second circular shaft for driving; after the vehicle door is completely opened or closed, the connecting rod structure passes through a dead point through rotation of the rotating disc, and double-position mechanical self-locking is achieved. By means of the passive locking mode that the connecting rod structure passes through the dead point, mechanical self-locking and variable reduction ratio of the mechanism are achieved, the door opening and closing starting torque is reduced, the structure is simple, energy consumption is low, and reliability is high; the adopted motor has a self-locking function, locking in the electric door opening and closing process can be achieved, the motor can serve as auxiliary locking after the vehicle door is closed in place, accidental failure of a main lock at an over-dead point is prevented, and the locking safety is improved; single and middle motors are adopted to synchronously drive the left and right stand columns, the number of electric power sources is reduced, the gravity of door leaves on the two sides can be balanced under the longitudinal slope condition, the large-slope door opening and closing performance of a door system is improved, and the manufacturing cost and the use energy consumption are effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种电动摆门驱动机构,包括驱动组件及其驱动组件输出端分别连接的左连杆组件和右连杆组件,所述驱动组件包括转盘,转盘分别通过第一圆轴和第二圆轴与左连杆组件和右连杆组件连接进行驱动;在车门完全打开或关闭后,通过转盘转动使连杆结构过死点,实现双位置机械自锁。本发明利用连杆结构过死点的无源锁闭方式,实现机构的机械自锁及变减速比,减小开关门启动力矩,结构简单、能耗低,且可靠性高;采用的电机具有自锁功能,可实现电动开关门过程中的锁闭,并可作为在车门关到位后的辅助锁闭,防止过死点主锁的意外失效,提高锁闭安全性;采用单一、中置电机同步驱动左右立柱,减少电气动力源数量,并可使两侧门扇重力在纵坡条件下形成平衡,提高门系统的大坡度开关门性能,有效降低制造成本和使用能耗。
