The invention discloses a bridge opening mechanical room door and a preparation process thereof.The bridge opening mechanical room door comprises a room door body, a first filling layer, through pipes and reinforcing layers, the first filling layer is arranged in the room door body, the through pipes are transversely formed in the first filling layer, and the reinforcing layers are arranged on the side walls of the two ends in the room door body; sound absorption layers are arranged at the top ends and the bottom ends of the first filling layer and the reinforcing layer, compression-resistant layers are arranged on the outer walls of the sound absorption layers, heat-resistant layers are arranged on the outer walls of the compression-resistant layers, and first anti-corrosion layers are arranged on the outer walls of the heat-resistant layers. The second filling layer is formed by high-pressure pressing of wood chips of pine wood, the water content of the second filling layer reaches 7%-8%, first through holes are made to be through holes with the diameter being 0.2-0.3 cm, the first reinforcing plate body is an arc-shaped plate made of maple wood through extrusion, the reinforcing pipe body is of a unique tubular structure made of solid wood chips, and therefore the reinforcing effect is good. The external force can be uniformly dispersed to ensure that the door does not deform, so that the door main body is not easy to deform.
