Underwater super-large-diameter annular groove construction system
The underwater super-large-diameter annular groove construction system comprises a drilling machine, a drilling jig device and a cable device, the drilling jig device comprises a positioning column, a guide mechanism and a swing mechanism, and a drilling rod of the drilling machine extends out of the lower end of the guide mechanism from top to bottom. When construction is needed, the drill jig device is vertically lowered to a to-be-constructed position through the cable device, and the lower end of the positioning column abuts against the to-be-constructed position. Then the cable device is separated from the drilling jig device, then the drilling machine is started to drill holes in the position to be constructed, the guide mechanism is driven by the swing mechanism to rotate around the positioning column, and a circle of annular groove holes can be constructed. In the construction process, the perpendicularity of the drilling jig device can be adjusted in real time through the mooring rope device, so that the perpendicularity of a drilled hole is guaranteed, the to-be-constructed position is tightly jacked through the positioning column, the stability of the drilled hole can be improved, in addition, leveling operation does not need to be conducted on an inclined seabed surface, the construction efficiency of the annular groove hole can be improved, and the construction difficulty can be reduced.
