High-purity nano calcium carbonate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of inorganic material preparation, and particularly discloses high-purity nano calcium carbonate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: calcining and digesting limestone to obtain a calcium hydroxide suspension, and regulating and controlling a salt forming process of the calcium hydroxide suspension by utilizing a crystal form control agent, so as to prepare the high-purity nano calcium carbonate. The preparation method of the nano calcium carbonate provided by the invention is simple and convenient to operate and low in cost, and effectively solves the problems that in the prior art, when the nano calcium carbonate is prepared from limestone, the process is complicated, acidizing raw materials are not environment-friendly, and the nano calcium carbonate which is uniform in particle size and not easy to agglomerate cannot be obtained by utilizing a crystal form control agent.
本发明涉及无机材料制备技术领域,具体公开了一种高纯度纳米碳酸钙及其制备方法。其中,本发明通过对石灰石进行煅烧、消化获得氢氧化钙混悬液,利用晶型控制剂调控氢氧化钙混悬液的成盐过程,制备得到高纯度纳米碳酸钙。本发明所提供的纳米碳酸钙的制备方法操作简便,成本低廉,有效解决了现有技术中利用石灰石制备纳米碳酸钙存在的工艺复杂,酸化原料对环境不友好以及利用晶型控制剂无法获得粒径均一不易团聚的纳米碳酸钙的问题。
