The invention provides composite lithium slag-steel slag synergistic solid waste composite powder and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of building materials. The solid waste composite powder comprises lithium slag A, lithium slag B, lithium slag C and carbon steel slag. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the lithium slag A, the lithium slag B, the lithium slag C and the carbon steel slag, feeding the mixture into a tire vertical mill by adopting a conveying belt, and obtaining the 400-500-mesh composite lithium slag-steel slag synergistic solid waste composite powder through winnowing equipment under the mechanical force action of a millstone and a grinding roller.
