Preparation method and application of reinforced concrete targeted rust-inhibiting material
The invention relates to the technical field of corrosion protection of reinforced concrete structures, in particular to a preparation method and application of a reinforced concrete targeted corrosion inhibition material. The reinforced concrete targeted rust-inhibiting material is an intercalated nitrite calcium-aluminum layered double-metal hydroxide with Ag loaded on the surface, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the calcium-aluminum layered double-metal hydroxide Ca-LDO in a roasting state into a silver salt aqueous solution, adjusting the pH to 8-10, stirring at a constant temperature, carrying out suction filtration, washing, and drying to obtain Ag/Ca-LDO; and adding the Ag/Ca-LDO into an aqueous solution containing nitrite ions, stirring, carrying out suction filtration, washing, and drying to obtain the reinforced concrete targeted rust-inhibiting material. The reinforced concrete targeted rust inhibition material can specifically recognize chloride ions, achieves a dual protection effect on delaying reinforcement corrosion of concrete, and can be widely applied to protection of reinforced concrete in a chlorine salt environment.
本发明涉及钢筋混凝土结构腐蚀防护技术领域,特别是涉及一种钢筋混凝土靶向阻锈材料的制备方法与应用。所述钢筋混凝土靶向阻锈材料为表面负载Ag的插层亚硝酸根钙铝型层状双金属氢氧化物,制备方法包括以下步骤:将焙烧态钙铝层状双金属氢氧化物Ca‑LDO加入到银盐水溶液中调节pH至8~10,之后恒温搅拌,抽滤洗涤,干燥,得到Ag/Ca‑LDO;将所述Ag/Ca‑LDO加入到含有亚硝酸根离子的水溶液中,搅拌后抽滤洗涤,干燥,得到所述钢筋混凝土靶向阻锈材料。本发明钢筋混凝土靶向阻锈材料能够特异性识别氯离子,对延缓混凝土的钢筋腐蚀达到双重保护的作用,可广泛应用于氯盐环境钢筋混凝土的防护中。
