The invention provides a road machine and a support system for the road machine. The road machine and the support system for the road machine can uniformly pave paving materials in a mode that the thickness of the paving materials is different in the vehicle width direction. An asphalt rolling machine (100), which is an example of a road machine, is provided with: a tractor (1) that travels on a roadbed (BC); a hopper (2) that receives paving material (PV); a conveyor (CV) for supplying the paving material in the hopper to the rear of the tractor; a screw (SC) that spreads the paving material supplied by the conveyor behind the tractor; the leveling machine (3) is used for uniformly paving a paving material which is spread by the screw rod behind the screw rod; and a controller (50) that derives a first height (HL) and a second height (HR) of the leveler with respect to the roadbed. The first height is the height of a first point (SPL) in the leveler, the second height is the height of a second point (SPR) in the leveler, and the first point is located at a position different from the second point in the vehicle width direction.
