The invention relates to a construction method for erecting a curve-section continuous steel box girder by a bridge girder erection machine. The construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, arranging a front supporting leg transverse moving track beam; supporting stand columns are fixed to the tops of the cover beams, and the transverse moving track beams are installed on the supporting stand columns through bolts; erecting a middle beam to a designed position, and welding to complete transverse connection to form a whole; then the supporting stand columns with conflicting positions are dismantled, a cushion is arranged on the top of the middle beam, and the edge beam is erected to the temporary support position; the bridge girder erection machine moves forwards, the transverse moving track beams move forwards along with the supporting legs, and meanwhile corresponding supporting structure conversion is completed; finally, the bridge girder erection machine withdraws after erecting all the steel girders, and the boundary girders welded into the continuous steel box girder are integrally and transversely moved to the designed position. The universality of the bridge girder erection machine frame girder can be enhanced, and the effects of improving the construction efficiency, shortening the construction period, reducing the construction cost and the like are achieved for erection of the curve section continuous steel box girder.
