The clamping device further comprises a guide groove formed in the right side of the bottom end of the connecting base, a guide rod is installed in the guide groove, the guide rod is sleeved with a guide spring, and the guide spring is fixedly connected with the right end face of the guide groove. The problem that the installation speed of the anti-glare panel is low is solved for the scene where a cement road barrier is used.
