The invention provides a spillway, a dam crest overflow rock-fill dam and a spillway sliding resistance method. The spillway comprises an overflow control structure, a dam crest overflow rock-fill dam and a spillway sliding resistance structure, wherein a water inlet of the overflow control structure is used for communicating with a reservoir; the head end face of the discharge chute is connected with the tail end face of the overflow control structure, a water inlet of the discharge chute is communicated with a water outlet of the overflow control structure, and the discharge chute comprises multiple sections of chute bodies which are sequentially communicated in the water flow direction; the anti-slip flip anchor block is used for being connected with a bottom bedrock of the dam body of the dam crest overflow rock-fill dam, the head end face of the anti-slip flip anchor block is connected with the tail end face of the discharge chute, a water inlet of the anti-slip flip anchor block is communicated with a water outlet of the discharge chute, and a water outlet of the anti-slip flip anchor block is used for being communicated with a downstream riverbed; the anti-sliding structure is used for being connected with a bottom bedrock of the dam body of the dam crest overflow rock-fill dam, and the end face of the head end of the anti-sliding structure is connected with the end face of the tail end of the anti-sliding flip anchor block. The anti-sliding stability of the discharge chute can be improved, and the discharge chute can be effectively prevented from sliding down.
