The invention discloses a water conservancy dam crack plugging device, and relates to the technical field of crack plugging. Lateral reinforcing mechanisms and axial mounting cavities are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the lateral reinforcing mechanisms are in clearance fit with the interiors of the corresponding axial mounting cavities, a center pressure applying mechanism is fixedly arranged in a rotary position adjusting mechanism and matched with a center pressure applying cavity, and the center pressure applying mechanism comprises a center pressure applying plate which is in clearance fit with the interior of the center pressure applying cavity; and the central pressure applying plate can axially slide along the central pressure applying cavity. The drilling holes are formed in the two sides of the dam crack, the lateral reinforcing mechanisms are inserted into the drilling holes, then the reinforcing ribs are inserted between the two opposite lateral reinforcing mechanisms, and the reinforcing ribs right opposite to the dam crack can be extruded and bent into the dam crack by controlling the center pressure applying mechanism; and finally, plugging operation of the dam crack can be completed by pouring plugging slurry into the drill hole and the dam crack.
本发明公开了一种水利大坝裂隙封堵装置,涉及裂缝封堵技术领域。本发明中侧向加强机构与轴向安装腔一一对应设置,且侧向加强机构间隙配合在对应轴向安装腔内部,中心施压机构固定设置在旋转调位机构内部且与中心施压腔相适配,中心施压机构包括间隙配合在中心施压腔内部的中心施压板,中心施压板可沿着中心施压腔进行轴向滑动。本发明通过在大坝裂缝两侧开设钻孔,并在钻孔中插入侧向加强机构,再将加强筋插入在相对设置的两侧向加强机构之间,通过控制中心施压机构可将大坝裂缝正对的加强筋挤压弯折进大坝裂缝中,最后通过往钻孔和大坝裂缝中灌入封堵浆液即可完成大坝裂缝的封堵作业。
